In support of Black Mental Health Day, FoodShare -- partnering with the Toronto Youth Food Policy Council -- is hosting  "Belly Full, Heart Light, Mind Right", an event for Black youth to engage with food, explore healthy mental health practices, and enjoy a safe space to discuss the intersections of both.
